Play

As children we knew instinctively how to play. We were free to explore, make believe, and create. We could take an old stick and create a magic wand to turn mice into horses, a sword to slay the fire breathing dragon, or a baton to lead the marching band in the parade. What happened?

Play is a breath of fresh air, heart pounding, wind in your hair, sand in your toes, smell of crayons and play-dough, and a smile so big your eyes squint and your cheeks hurt. Play is the opportunity to let your left brain relax and the right brain to kick back in and rediscover, reconnect and rejuvenate you. Play is the avenue that is a high speed GPS (Genuine, Pleasurable, Simple) to assist you in relocating the real you, the true you; your TRUE REFLECTION.

Play can reduce stress, inspire creativity and open new doorways to your future.

Play Session
75 minutes – Play Session $95

We begin each session with a moment of reflection and gratitude. Then do a quick ‘check-in’ to see what you’re ‘feeling’ as a starting point of reference. You then have your choice of a variety of materials to choose from for your Playtime. You also choose the amount of interaction with me or with playmates that join you. Let the PLAY begin – stress will melt away, your mind will go wild with new ideas, problems will seemingly solve themselves – like magic. Each session will end with a time of reflection and discussion (this is where the coaching comes in).

Play Workshop
1½ Hours – Play Workshop (2-4 participants) $65 each

Bring a friend or two and make it a workshop. Same format as the Individual Play Session but will be in a group setting.

Messy Painting
2 Hour – Messy Painting Facilitating and Coaching Session $150

2 hour session using paint, brush and paper, you will internalize a process that leads to increased self-awareness, self-confidence, emotional release, stress relief and expanded creativity. You may experience excitement, anger, exaltation and ecstasy as the energy moves through you. You’ll never be the same again.

Introduction and set-up 30 min
Messy Painting 60 min
Observation Checklist or Journal 30 min
     *Sit with a nice hot cup of tea or refreshing beverage and reflect on your experience.
Messy Packages
4 sessions- Messy Painting Facilitating and Coaching Session $575
6 sessions- Messy Painting Facilitating and Coaching Session $825

Sessions will continue to build on the last, continuing to explore and move forward through ideas, emotions, and awareness that is brought to the surface. Each session can stand on its own merits but the continuity and progress will enable you to go deeper and further than you ever imagined.
